How does Equipment Upgrade work?

Equipment can be fused to increase the speed they give to spaceships. Each level of equipment brings a significant speed boost to your spaceship.

By paying Stardust and Gemstones, users are able to fuse lower-level equipment to produce higher-level ones. In that process, the lower-level equipment parts are combined together from inventory (wallet) and destroyed, and you will receive your newly forged higher-level equipment in your inventory (wallet).

Cost to Fuse

In order to fuse equipment and level them up, a player requires 3 resources:

• Stardust

• Tier 4 Gemstones

• 2 equipment of the same type and level

For example, to get a Level 3 Inferno Thruster, you will need to fuse two Level 2 Inferno Thrusters. At various levels, the amount of Stardust and Gemstones required to level up varies.

Level 1 - 5

For the first 5 levels, the cost of fusion is zero.

No gemstones and stardust are required. All you need is the appropriate number of lower-tier equipment as mentioned above.

Level 6 - 10

For the next 5 levels, fusion costs will kick in, requiring variable amounts of:

1. Tier 4 Gemstones (increases at each equipment tier)

High-level equipment parts are precious and boost the speed of your spaceship significantly, thus a higher quantity of Tier 4 Gemstones is required to level up higher-level equipment.

A breakdown of the costs of leveling equipment at each level. As mentioned above, from level 1 to five, all you require are the correct number of equipment to fuse as all costs are zero

Equipment Parts and Gemstone Element Tagging

Each type of equipment part can only be upgraded with its respective type of Tier 4 Gemstone.

• Argonium Exoshell <> Tier 4 Steel Gemstones

• Inferno Thrusters <> Tier 4 Fire Gemstones

• Thunderbolt Wings <> Tier 4 Lightning Gemstones

You may acquire Tier 4 Gemstones by either fusing Gemstones or directly purchasing from the Atlantis Marketplace.

How do I do it?

Select the Equipment upgrade page under item warehouse

Select the equipment you wish to level up

Select the equipment that you wish to fuse together and click fuse. You'll see the new stats of the equipment and fusion cost on the page. After that, you're all set.
